His Grace Bishop Angaelos speaks about living our faith, making clear that what we say we believe is not enough, that faith must be lived. He talks about being a faithful steward requiring a life of holiness and righteousness by deed and example.

Luke:1:38And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.
“Then Mary said, “Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.” And the angel departed from her.”
It is incredible that something so illogical can stir up a reaction from somebody St Mary’s age like this reaction. There is a lot we can learn from this.
What does it mean to be a maidservant? We pride ourselves that we are no longer slaves, but children and heirs. So why do we regress to a bondservant?
Titus:2:9-10 [9] Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again; [10] Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.

At the bi-weekly Grapevine Fellowship meeting in London on 26/10/2011, His Grace Bishop Angaelos spoke about 'Inner Glory', and how essential and fulfilling it is to recognise that we are children of God and that our glory comes from Him; on the contrary if we run after the glory of man, and are constantly worried about what others think of us, we will be left completely unsatisfied.
